Henry has been with NetJets for five years, where he has grown into his current role as Software Engineering Manager. In this position, he leads engineering teams in designing and delivering robust mobile and cloud-based systems that support the company's mission and operational excellence. His leadership style combines technical expertise with a people-first mindset, fostering environments where engineers can innovate, collaborate, and deliver at their highest potential.
Throughout his career, Henry has positioned himself at the intersection of mobile architecture, cloud systems, and enterprise engineering.
